A luxury automotive brand wanted to offer its customers a premium connected car experience — remote lock/unlock, vehicle diagnostics, and concierge-style features. But this was also about transforming how the company worked internally. Its product and engineering teams were still locked in waterfall-style development, slowing innovation.
Approach
Our role was twofold:
Build the connected car experience: We developed mobile apps integrated with telematics systems, allowing customers to remotely control and monitor their vehicles in real-time.
Enable Agile transformation: We worked with internal teams to introduce modern product development practices, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and continuous delivery pipelines.
Outcome
The brand successfully launched a customer-facing connected car platform while shifting internal teams to a faster, more collaborative way of working. This laid the foundation for future connected services like predictive maintenance and in-car concierge features.
