A regional broadcaster wanted to offer live TV streaming online with minimal latency, competing with traditional cable providers in real-time content delivery.

Approach

We built a high-availability OTT platform capable of ingesting satellite and multicast streams, encoding them in real-time, and delivering playback across mobile, desktop, and smart TV apps. We also created centralized tools for subscriber management and performance analytics.
