OTT Streaming Platform for Global TV Provider

A major TV provider serving diaspora audiences needed to move beyond traditional broadcasting and deliver live, reliable OTT streaming worldwide. The challenge was creating a scalable platform that worked across multiple devices, from smart TVs to desktop and mobile apps.

Approach

We developed a complete end-to-end OTT infrastructure. Our solution included a content ingestion and encoding pipeline, a subscription management system, and custom players for set-top boxes, macOS (with 3D playback support), and mobile devices.

Real-time analytics were integrated to track user engagement and optimize content delivery.

Outcome

The broadcaster successfully transitioned from traditional cable to a global streaming platform, opening new revenue streams and expanding its audience reach.
